Class Structure

🕘 Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM
📍 Location: Heiho Dojo, Grande Prairie

Each class follows a carefully designed structure to maximize results:
1️⃣ Strength & Conditioning – Resistance-based training to tone muscles and build endurance.
2️⃣ Kickboxing-Inspired Cardio – High-energy movement to improve coordination and agility.
3️⃣ Recovery & Flexibility – A relaxing cool-down to aid muscle recovery and prevent injuries.

Carol Forster

With a background in martial arts and fitness, Coach Carol is passionate about helping women build strength and confidence through movement. She believes that fitness should be accessible, fun, and empowering—not just about aesthetics, but about feeling good in your body and mind.

Her coaching style focuses on progress over perfection, meeting every woman where they are and helping them take the next step toward their fitness goals.
