If a student cancels a booked 1:1 lesson without a minimum of 23 hours notice, the student will be charged for that one on one lesson (with the exception of FREE assessments). If the class is canceled with 23 or more hours notice, the class can be rescheduled. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
