Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that emphasizes ground fighting and submission holds. It promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent using leverage and proper technique.

IBJJF Graduation System
The International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) sets the standards for belt rankings and graduation. Students progress through the belts based on time, technical proficiency, and competition performance.
