Our women class is a women-only fitness program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel empowered. This unique program blends functional strength training with kickboxing cardio and restorative stretching to deliver a complete workout experience. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this program is tailored for you.
What to expect in our women classes

💪 Strength & Endurance Training
Focus on progressive, full-body workouts designed to build functional strength and improve endurance. Each session is adapted to individual fitness levels to help you challenge your body safely.

🥊 Kickboxing Cardio
End every class with an energizing burst of kickboxing. It’s fun, empowering, and gets your heart pumping—perfect for burning calories while learning something new!

🧘♀️ Cool-Down & Stretching
Finish strong with guided stretching to improve flexibility, prevent injury, and help your body recover.
